nope. There aren't special characters in the name "Neumarkt"... it's just Neumarkt :)

Ah, OK. But I noticed you use a lot romanian words with special characters. maybe when you will need them you may use a trick I just discovered (very simple)

You just need to name some of your pictures in your PC with special characters. When you upload them on DA, Automatically DA will accept the name of picture as title and you will upload a deviation with the title written correctly.
