It's been more than 6 months since I've got an editor.
Everything goes quite smooth, we work together with both writing and drawing (well, he sucks at drawing but he's a good critique).
I think the best way to promote him is to talk about him, and put him in the manga as "Editor: Morty".

But I've told him, just not yet! He edited my second volume of "Dies ist Krieg", "Jurnal de Cadet" and "AN-CANIN 1 and 2", now we are working for "Enjoy the Ride" manga, and this time I really want to make him officially as my "true" editor.

Maybe in time, if he's all serious about this, I can get him to be the editor for other authors and artists. Because, as far as I noticed, there are quite some manga artists in Romania without editors.

I realized that being friendly and open minded and VERY TALKATIVE is the key to a perfect relationship between these colliding sides. We are both grammar nazis (even if I have mistakes in the speech bobbles that's because I write fast without noticing any mistakes, but when it comes to Romanian, I suck a bit and need help) and even he has like 20% artistic experience and no talent in drawing he has an catching eye and notices the mistakes of a drawing, or body position, or how a hand is drawn etc).

Maybe, I will get him to edit my writings and publish books not mangas!
